Preparation
Cook the edamames in boiling water with a tablespoon of salt for 6 minutes.
Once cooked, immerse them in cold water with ice for 15 minutes.
Drain the water and let it dry.
Remove the edamames from the peel and mix them with the alfalfa.
Add ½ tablespoon of salt in grain and serve with lemon.
