1/4 onions, in strips
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
2 butterhead lettuce, Eva® chopped
7 artichoke hearts, chopped
1 cup whipping cream
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 cups Manchego cheese

Preheat the oven to 200° C.
In a deep skillet, melt the butter with the oil and cook the onion until it is translucent.
Add the garlic and cook for one minute, making sure it doesn't burn.
Add the lettuce and cook for 5 minutes until all the water evaporates. Add the artichoke hearts and cook for two more minutes.
Incorporate the heavy cream and season. Place the mixture in a baking dish and cover with cheese.
Gratin in the oven for 5 minutes and serve immediately.
