French Lettuce and Artichoke Gratin

  • Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
  • In a deep pan, melt butter with oil and cook onion until transparent.
  • Add the garlic and cook for a minute, taking care not to burn.
  • Add the lettuce and cook for 5 minutes until all the water evaporates. Add the artichoke hearts and cook two more minutes.
