Ingredients

4 portions
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 onions, in pen
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 2 french lettuce, Eva® chopped
  • 7 artichoke hearts, chopped
  • 1 cup whipping cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 cups manchego cheese

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 200 ° C.
In a deep pan, melt butter with oil and cook onion until transparent.
Add the garlic and cook for a minute, taking care not to burn.
Add the lettuce and cook for 5 minutes until all the water evaporates. Add the artichoke hearts and cook two more minutes.
Incorporate the cream to beat and season. Place the mixture in a baking dish and cover with the cheese.
Gratin in the oven for 5 minutes and serve immediately.

PRESENTATION

Serves as a garnish for your main course.

TIPS

Take care that the lettuce releases all the water before incorporating the cream.
