250 grams green beans, “La Huerta” Green Bean Salad

In a skillet, lightly toast the walnuts, let them cool, and chop them into fine pieces.
In the processor, place one tablespoon of walnuts, vinegar, and olive oil, and blend until combined. Season with salt and pepper.
Thaw the “La Huerta” green beans according to the package instructions.
Place the green beans in a salad bowl, pour the vinaigrette over them, and toss to coat all the beans, sprinkle the remaining nuts on top and serve.
