Green Bean and Walnut Salad

The green bean and walnut salad is the perfect side dish for any main course you prepare. Delicious green beans with walnuts and a dressing you will love. It’s a very easy dish to make and doesn’t take any time at all.

  • 2 tablespoons walnuts
  • 3 tablespoons wine vinegar, white
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 250 grams green beans, “La Huerta” Green Bean Salad
  • salt, to taste
  • pepper, to taste

  • In a skillet, lightly toast the walnuts, let them cool, and chop them into fine pieces.
  • In the processor, place one tablespoon of walnuts, vinegar, and olive oil, and blend until combined. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Thaw the “La Huerta” green beans according to the package instructions.
  • Place the green beans in a salad bowl, pour the vinaigrette over them, and toss to coat all the beans, sprinkle the remaining nuts on top and serve.
