Green leaf salad with dressing

The green leafy salad recipe is delicious, the product of its tasty dressing of goat cheese and honey. It is a very simple preparation to cook, and the delicious flavor comes from its sweet dressing.

  • 1 cup Oléico® safflower oil, for the dressing
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard, for the dressing
  • salt, to taste for dressing
  • pepper, to taste for dressing
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice, for the dressing
  • 1 tablespoon wine vinegar, for the dressing
  • 3 tablespoons honey, for the dressing
  • 125 grams spinach
  • 60 grams arugula
  • 1/2 Romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 red sangria lettuce
  • 2 cups watercress
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 100 grams goat cheese

  • Pour the oil into a bowl, add the mustard, salt, pepper and honey. With the help of an immersion blender , beat the mixture, adding the vinegar and lemon juice little by little. Season the dressing with salt and pepper.
  • Cut the tomato into quarters. Slice the onion in feathers. Cut the lettuce.
  • Add all the vegetables to a bowl and stir.
  • Just before serving the salad, add the dressing to the vegetables and the shredded goat cheese.
