The green leafy salad recipe is delicious, the product of its tasty dressing of goat cheese and honey. It is a very simple preparation to cook, and the delicious flavor comes from its sweet dressing.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 cup Oléico® safflower oil, for the dressing
  • 3 tablespoons Dijon mustard, for the dressing
  • salt, to taste for dressing
  • black pepper, to taste for dressing
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice, for the dressing
  • 1 tablespoon wine vinegar, for the dressing
  • 3 tablespoons honey, for the dressing
  • 125 grams spinach
  • 60 grams arugula
  • 1/2 italian lettuce
  • 1/2 red sangria lettuce
  • 2 cups watercress
  • 4 tomatoes
  • 1 red onion
  • 100 grams goat cheese

Preparation

Pour the oil into a bowl, add the mustard, salt, pepper and honey. With the help of an immersion blender , beat the mixture, adding the vinegar and lemon juice little by little. Season the dressing with salt and pepper.
Cut the tomato into quarters. Slice the onion in feathers. Cut the lettuce.
Add all the vegetables to a bowl and stir.
Just before serving the salad, add the dressing to the vegetables and the shredded goat cheese.

PRESENTATION

Serve the salad in a wooden bowl.

TIPS

Add the dressing to the salad until the last moment.
