Green Salad with Hummus Vinaigrette

  • 1 package lettuce
  • 1 package spinach
  • 100 grams Manchego cheese
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 can baby corn
  • 2 eggs, hard
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 pumpkin, cut into thin slices
  • 1 Hummus Libanius®
  • olive oil
  • apple cider vinegar

  • Cut the Manchego cheese into cubes, cut the pumpkin into thin slices, cut the egg pieces into slices.
  • Place the spinach and lettuce in a bowl; top the other vegetables, egg and cheese. Pepper.
  • In a refractory place the 5 tablespoons hummus, olive oil and mix until a slightly liquid mixture.
  • Add vinegar while mixing, add salt, pepper and dip the salad with the dressing.
