1 package spinach
100 grams Manchego cheese
1/2 onions
1 can baby corn
2 eggs, hard
salt and pepper
1 pumpkin, sliced thin
1 Hummus Libanius®

Cube the manchego cheese, slice the zucchini thinly, and slice the boiled eggs.
Place the spinach and lettuce in a bowl; top with the other vegetables, eggs, and cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
In a baking dish, place 5 tablespoons of hummus, olive oil, and mix until the mixture is a bit liquid.
Add vinegar while continuing to mix, add salt, pepper, and drizzle the dressing over the salad.
