1 package lettuce
1 package spinach
100 grams Manchego cheese
1/2 onions
1 can baby corn
2 eggs, hard
salt and pepper
1 pumpkin, cut into thin slices
1 Hummus Libanius®
olive oil
apple cider vinegar

Cut the Manchego cheese into cubes, cut the pumpkin into thin slices, cut the egg pieces into slices.
Place the spinach and lettuce in a bowl; top the other vegetables, egg and cheese. Pepper.
In a refractory place the 5 tablespoons hummus, olive oil and mix until a slightly liquid mixture.
Add vinegar while mixing, add salt, pepper and dip the salad with the dressing.
