  • 1 package spinach
  • 100 grams Manchego cheese
  • 1/2 onions
  • 1 can baby corn
  • 2 eggs , hard
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 zucchini , sliced thin
  • 1 Hummus Libanius®
  • olive oil
  • apple cider vinegar

  • Cube the manchego cheese, slice the zucchini thinly, and slice the boiled eggs.
  • Place the spinach and lettuce in a bowl; top with the other vegetables, eggs, and cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
  • In a baking dish, place 5 tablespoons of hummus, olive oil, and mix until the mixture is a bit liquid.
  • Add vinegar while continuing to mix, add salt, pepper, and drizzle the dressing over the salad.
