Healthy Screw Salad

This is a simple and delicious recipe, highly recommended for diabetics and people who care a lot for calories. They will love it! You can prepare it one night before and take it anywhere.

  • 1 package La Moderna® pasta, screw
  • 1/2 melons
  • 5 nopales
  • 1 cucumber
  • 250 grams panela cheese

  • Heat water with a little salt, garlic, onion and a little oil, when boiling add the soup and cook for 5 minutes. Chop the melon and cheese in medium squares. Wash and disinfect the cucumber very well and cut it into slices (the taste depends on the skin)
  • Wash and roast the nopales with olive oil and a little salt and cut into strips.
  • In a large bowl add all the ingredients and mix.
