Healthy Screw Salad

This is a simple and delicious recipe, highly recommended for diabetics and people who watch their calories. You will love it! You can prepare it the night before and take it anywhere.

  • 1 package La Moderna® pasta, screw
  • 1/2 melons

  • Heat water with a little salt, garlic, onion, and a bit of oil; when it is boiling, add the soup and let it cook for 5 minutes. Chop the melon and cheese into medium cubes. Wash and disinfect the cucumber very well and cut it into slices (you can leave the skin on depending on your taste).
