This is a simple and delicious recipe, highly recommended for diabetics and people who care a lot for calories. They will love it! You can prepare it one night before and take it anywhere.

Ingredients

5 portions
  • 1 package Pasta La Moderna®, screw
  • 1/2 cantaloupes
  • 5 nopales
  • 1 cucumber
  • 250 grams panela cheese

Preparation

Heat water with a little salt, garlic, onion and a little oil, when boiling add the soup and cook for 5 minutes. Chop the melon and cheese in medium squares. Wash and disinfect the cucumber very well and cut it into slices (the taste depends on the skin)
Wash and roast the nopales with olive oil and a little salt and cut into strips.
In a large bowl add all the ingredients and mix.

PRESENTATION

We serve it with natural yogurt and we can add walnuts, almonds and cranberries to give it an exquisite flavor

TIPS

This recipe can be eaten without any dressing and I prepare it for a diabetic relative, but it can be accompanied with natural yogurt, cranberry and almond or walnut
