1 tablespoon wine vinegar, red
2 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
salt, to taste
2 tablespoons vegetable oil, grape
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 head lettuce, chopped
8 radishes, quartered
3 tablespoons red onion, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh cilantro, fresh chopped
1 Avocados from México, boneless, peeled and sliced
pepper, to taste

In a large bowl, whisk together the vinegar and mustard with a pinch of salt and pepper.
Gradually add the oil while continuing to whisk to emulsify.
Mix the lettuce, radishes, onion, and cilantro in a large bowl.
Drizzle with the dressing.
Mix well and serve alongside the avocado.
