2 red beefsteak tomatoes
4 leaves romaine lettuce
1 orange bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 sprig celery
1/2 cucumbers
4 eggs , boiled
leaves basil
2 tablespoons capers

Cut the tomatoes into thick slices and chop the lettuce.
Devein the peppers, removing the seeds and cutting them into julienne strips.
Slice the celery and remove the seeds from the cucumber, cutting it into half-moons.
Quarter the eggs and add chopped basil strips.
Mix the lettuce with the tomatoes, peppers, celery, and cucumber.
Season with salt and pepper. Add the basil, capers, and black olives.
Add the olive oil and the hard-boiled eggs.
