2 red beefsteak tomatoes
4 leaves romaine lettuce
1 orange bell pepper
1 yellow bell pepper
1 sprig celery
1/2 cucumbers
4 eggs, cooked
leaves basil
2 tablespoons capers

Cut the tomatoes into thick slices and cut the lettuce.
To devein the peppers, eliminating the seeds and cutting in julienne.
Slicing the celery and removing the seeds of the cucumber, cut into half moons.
Split the eggs into quarters and add chopped basil in strips.
Mix the lettuce with the tomatoes, peppers, celery and cucumber.
Season with salt and pepper. Add the basil, the capers and the black olives.
Add the olive oil and the boiled eggs.
