Oven-Roasted Vegetables

We present the ideal side dish for any main course; they are delicious and crispy vegetables, where all you need to do is add salt, pepper, and spices, and bake them. It’s a perfect recipe to prepare quickly and leave in the oven cooking while you prepare other dishes.

  • 5 carrots, cut into sticks
  • 5 pumpkins, cut into sticks
  • 1 turnip, cut into sticks
  • 1 sweet potato, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 1/2 cups extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon ground black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons coarse salt
  • 2 teaspoons oregano

  • Preheat the oven to 190° C.
  • In a bowl, mix all the vegetables with the oil, oregano, pepper, and salt. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake for 45 minutes.
