Cut the lettuce into large pieces (do not touch the knife, with your hands it will be perfect, it looks better if you do not make them small).
Remove the center of the pepper and chop it into very finite pieces, like celery (the secret is that these two are super small so that the flavor is soft).
The zucchini goes in fine julienne.
Mix well all the ingredients and go!
