Pepper and Celery Salad

Super easy, and super delicious salad of pepper and celery, accompany it with grilled chicken and go!

  • 1 romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 sprigs celery
  • 1/2 bell pepper, (chile morrrón)
  • 1/3 cups almonds, chopped
  • 3 Roma tomatoes
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/3 cups raisins, minced
  • 1 zucchini

  • Disinfects all vegetables.
  • Cut the lettuce into large pieces (do not touch the knife, with your hands it will be perfect, it looks better if you do not make them small).
  • Remove the center of the pepper and chop it into very finite pieces, like celery (the secret is that these two are super small so that the flavor is soft).
  • The zucchini goes in fine julienne.
  • Mix well all the ingredients and go!
