Super easy, and super delicious salad of pepper and celery, accompany it with grilled chicken and go!

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 1 piece of Romaine lettuce
  • 1/2 branch of celery
  • 1/2 piece of bell pepper (chile morrrón)
  • 1/3 of Cup of almond chopped
  • 3 pieces of saladette tomatoes
  • 1 piece of avocado
  • 1/3 of Cup of raisin minced
  • 1 piece of zucchini

    Preparation

    Disinfects all vegetables.
    Cut the lettuce into large pieces (do not touch the knife, with your hands it will be perfect, it looks better if you do not make them small).
    Remove the center of the pepper and chop it into very finite pieces, like celery (the secret is that these two are super small so that the flavor is soft).
    The zucchini goes in fine julienne.
    Mix well all the ingredients and go!

    TIPS

    *** You can add croutons and the ranch dressing is excellent, I also add grilled chicken =)
