Pico de Gallo with Mushrooms

  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 serrano chiles, to taste
  • 3 lime juice
  • 1000 grams button mushrooms
  • 1 bunch fresh cilantro, little
  • 2 grams salt
  • 1 saltine crackers, or Havanan cookies to accompany

  • Wash the tomatoes and diced as well as the green chiles and put in a refractory, finely chop the onion and add to the above.
