The pico de gallo con hongos is a very healthy recipe and a different option for this delicious Mexican sauce, do not hesitate to try it, you will love it.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 500 grams tomtato
  • 2 onions, chopped
  • 2 green peppers, to taste
  • 3 lime juice
  • 1000 grams mushroom
  • 1 bunch fresh coriander, little
  • 2 grams salt
  • 1 cracker, or Havanan cookies to accompany

Preparation

Wash the tomatoes and diced as well as the green chiles and put in a refractory, finely chop the onion and add to the above.
Wash and disinfect our coriander very well and finely chop and integrate it; clean the mushrooms by removing the cascarita and chop into small squares and add to the above.
Mix all the ingredients adding the lemon juice and salt to taste, if you want to let it rest in the refrigerator for an hour.

PRESENTATION

Serve on top of the biscuit our pico de gallo mushroom and ready.
