Radish Salad

This is a salad that my family and I especially loved. Different flavors that combined make a delicious salad.

  • 1 bunch radish
  • 4 carrots, medium
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 lettuce
  • 100 grams peanuts, spicy
  • 3 lemons
  • olive oil
  • apple cider vinegars

  • Disinfect the radishes, lettuce, and carrots. Chop the lettuce.
  • Mix the chopped onion and garlic in a salad bowl. Slice the radishes, grate the carrot, and combine everything.
  • Add the juice of the lemons, oil, and apple cider vinegar to taste for dressing.
  • Incorporate the spicy peanuts.
  • Mix all the ingredients and serve.
