Radish Salad

This is a salad that especially loved my family and me. Different flavors but combined make a delicious salad.

  • 1 bunch radish
  • 4 carrots, medium
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 lettuce
  • 100 grams peanuts, enchilados
  • 3 limes
  • olive oil
  • apple cider vinegars

  • Disinfect radishes, lettuce and carrots. Cut the lettuce.
  • Mix in a salad bowl, onion and chopped garlic . Cut the radishes into slices, grate the carrot and integrate everything.
  • Add the juice of the lemons, oil and apple cider vinegar to taste for seasoning.
  • Stir in the peanuts.
  • Mix all the ingredients and serve.
