This is a salad that my family and I especially loved. Different flavors that combined make a delicious salad.

1 bunch radish
4 carrots, medium
1/2 onions, chopped
1 clove garlic
1 lettuce
100 grams peanuts, spicy
3 lemons
olive oil
apple cider vinegars
Preparation

Low
Disinfect the radishes, lettuce, and carrots. Chop the lettuce.
Mix the chopped onion and garlic in a salad bowl. Slice the radishes, grate the carrot, and combine everything.
Add the juice of the lemons, oil, and apple cider vinegar to taste for dressing.
Incorporate the spicy peanuts.
Mix all the ingredients and serve.
