Bring 2 liters of salted water to a boil. When boiling, add the pasta. It is recommended to cook for 7 to 8 minutes for al dente. Add 3 large bay leaves to the boiling water. Once cooked, drain and rinse with cold water to stop the cooking process. Let it drain perfectly in a colander and set aside.
In the blender, add the cream, cream cheese, and white wine. Blend until the ingredients are perfectly integrated. If necessary, stop the blender and mix with a spoon or spatula.
Heat a pot and add a tablespoon of butter. When melted, add the garlic and onion to sauté over medium heat, stirring constantly to prevent burning. Once the onion is transparent, add a handful of fine herbs, crushed in the palm of your hand until powdered. Let it sit for a minute. Then add the mixture of cream, cheese, and wine. Stir constantly and let it reduce for 5 minutes. After this time, remove the pot from the heat and set aside.
In another pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil with the tablespoon of chicken broth powder. Once boiling, add the frozen vegetables and cook according to instructions. Once cooked, drain and add warm water to stop the cooking. Immediately after, let it drain in a colander.
In a skillet, heat a tablespoon of butter and another handful of fine herbs. Once melted, add the shrimp and fry for a couple of minutes. Transfer to a napkin to absorb the excess oil.
In a large bowl, add the pasta, shrimp, and vegetables. Stir with a spoon. Add the dressing at the time of serving.
