500 grams La Huerta® spinach
250 grams white button mushrooms, sliced La Huerta
6 teaspoons sour cream
1 teaspoon chipotle chile, ground
1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon chicken bullion, powder
pepper, to taste

Thaw the La Huerta spinach and mushrooms in the microwave.
Preheat a medium skillet over medium heat, add a teaspoon of oil and add the chopped garlic. Sauté for a bit.
Add the mushrooms, raise the heat and cook for 1 minute. Lower the heat again.
Add the spinach, cook for 1 min., pour in the cream and chipotle and mix everything very well.
Season with chicken bouillon and pepper to taste, mix and serve.
