  • 500 grams La Huerta® spinach
  • 250 grams white button mushrooms, sliced La Huerta
  • 6 teaspoons sour cream 6 teaspoons sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon chipotle chile, ground

  • Thaw the La Huerta spinach and mushrooms in the microwave.
  • Preheat a medium skillet over medium heat, add a teaspoon of oil and add the chopped garlic. Sauté for a bit.
  • Add the mushrooms, raise the heat and cook for 1 minute. Lower the heat again.
  • Add the spinach, cook for 1 min., pour in the cream and chipotle and mix everything very well.
  • Season with chicken bouillon and pepper to taste, mix and serve.
