500 grams La Huerta® spinach
250 grams white button mushrooms, sliced "La Huerta"
6 teaspoons sour cream
1 teaspoon chipotle chile, ground
1 teaspoon garlic, chopped
1 teaspoon chicken bullion, powdered
pepper, to taste

Thaw spinach and mushrooms "La Huerta" in the microwave.
Preheat a medium skillet over medium heat, add a teaspoon of oil and add the
chopped garlic
. I savored a little.
Add the mushrooms, turn on the heat and cook 1 minute. Lower the fire again.
Add the spinach, cook for 1 min., Pour the cream and the chipotle and incorporate everything very well.
Season with chicken broth and pepper to taste, mix and serve.
