Spinach, Melon, and Granola Salad

  • 1 1/2 cups Kellogg’S® coconut, raisins and honey granola
  • 1 cup melon
  • 1 1/2 cups spinach, washed and disinfected
  • 1/2 cups yellow bell pepper
  • 1/4 cups serrano ham
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cups basil, washed and disinfected
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • Cut the yellow bell pepper into cubes and lightly roast it in a pan with a little vegetable oil.
  • Cut the melon in half and use a melon baller to scoop out balls of melon.
  • On a plate, combine the melon, roasted pepper, spinach, serrano ham, and Kellogg’s® Coco granola, raisins, and honey.
  • For the dressing; Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until you have a smooth mixture.
  • Serve the salad with the dressing.
