Spinach, Melon and Granola Salad

  • 1 1/2 cups Kellogg’S® coconut, raisins and honey granola
  • 1 cup melon
  • 1 1/2 cups spinach, washed and disinfected
  • 1/2 cups yellow bell pepper
  • 1/4 cups serrano ham
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1/2 cups basil, washed and disinfected
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • Cut the yellow pepper into cubes and lightly sift it in a pan with a little vegetable oil.
  • Cut the melon in half and with a Parisian spoon remove balls of melon.
  • In a dish, combine melon, roasted pepper, spinach, Serrano ham and Kellogg's® Coco Granola, raisins and honey.
  • For the dressing; Place all the ingredients in the blender and blend until you have a homogeneous mixture.
  • Serve the salad with the dressing.
