Ingredients: 1 1/2 cups Kellogg’S® coconut, raisins and honey granola; 1 cup melon; 1 1/2 cups spinach, washed and disinfected; 1/2 cups yellow bell pepper; 1/4 cups serrano ham; 1 teaspoon salt; 1 teaspoon pepper; 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil; 1/2 cups basil, washed and disinfected; 1 tablespoon honey; 3 tablespoons olive oil; 1/2 teaspoons apple cider vinegar; 1 teaspoon salt

Cut the yellow bell pepper into cubes and lightly roast it in a pan with a little vegetable oil. Cut the melon in half and use a melon baller to scoop out balls of melon.
