2 bunches spinach
1 1/2 green apples
1 carrot
1/2 cups dried cranberries
1 cup panela cheese, cut into cubes

Wash and disinfect the vegetables and apples. Cut the spinach leaves into strips.
Cut the apples into cubes.
Grate the carrot. Mix all the vegetables and apples in a bowl. Stir.
Add the cubed panela cheese and the blueberries. Mix and serve.
