Fresh and rich salad with spinach, accompanied with green apple, blueberries, carrot and panela cheese. Perfect to accompany a dish or eat it alone with a rich vinaigrette or dressing of your choice.

Ingredients

4 portions
  • 2 bunches spinach
  • 1 1/2 green apples
  • 1 carrot
  • 1/2 cups dried cranberry
  • 1 cup panela cheese, cut into cubes

Preparation

Wash and disinfect vegetables and apples. Cut the spinach leaves into strips.
Cut the apples into cubes.
Grate the carrot. Mix all the vegetables and apples in a bowl. Stir
Add the panela cheese into cubes and add the panela cheese together with the blueberries. Mix and serve.

TIPS

Accompany with the dressing of your preference. It is perfect to accompany a grilled chicken.
