Place the vegetables in a pot with a cup of hot purified water until they lose their cold or frozen state, then place them in a colander to drain excess water.
In a baking dish or bowl, combine the vegetables and gradually mix in the cream cheese until well integrated.
Place the 6 sticks of surimi in a medium pot with two cups of hot water until they soften a bit.
Remove from the pot and drain, shred the surimi sticks or chop them, and add to the vegetable and cream cheese mixture.
Then, mix everything and place it in the refrigerator until serving time.
To serve, place two or three lettuce leaves and top with a portion of this mixture. You can sprinkle a teaspoon of chopped parsley. Place the crackers on the side.
