Vegetable Ceviche

  • 1 cauliflower, small piece
  • 1 broccoli, girl
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 serrano chiles, to taste
  • 4 lime juice
  • 2 grams salt, to taste
  • 5 grams fresh cilantro, finely chopped

  • Wash and disinfect all vegetables.
  • In a pan cook broccoli and cauliflower for about 5 to 10 minutes, let cool and chop into small pieces.
  • Grate the carrot and chop the rest of the vegetables in squares.
  • In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix until they are full, add the lemon juice and salt to taste.
  • It serves.
