1 cauliflower, small piece
1 broccoli, girl
1 carrot
1 onion
3 tomatoes
2 avocados
1 cucumber
2 serrano chiles, to taste
4 lime juice
2 grams salt, to taste
5 grams fresh cilantro, finely chopped

Wash and disinfect all vegetables.
In a pan cook broccoli and cauliflower for about 5 to 10 minutes, let cool and chop into small pieces.
Grate the carrot and chop the rest of the vegetables in squares.
In a bowl add all the ingredients and mix until they are full, add the lemon juice and salt to taste.
It serves.
