Vegetable Ceviche

  • 1 cauliflower , small piece
  • 1 broccoli, small
  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 3 tomatoes
  • 2 avocados
  • 1 cucumber
  • 2 green chiles , to taste
  • 4 lemon juice
  • 2 grams salt , to taste
  • 5 grams fresh cilantro, finely chopped

  • Wash and disinfect all the vegetables.
  • In a pot, cook the broccoli and cauliflower for about 5 to 10 minutes, then let it cool and chop into small pieces.
  • Grate the carrot and chop the rest of the vegetables into cubes.
  • In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix until combined, then add lemon juice and salt to taste.
  • Serve.
