1 broccoli, small
1 carrot
1 onion
3 tomatoes
2 avocados
1 cucumber
2 green chiles , to taste
4 lemon juice
2 grams salt , to taste
5 grams fresh cilantro, finely chopped

Wash and disinfect all the vegetables.
In a pot, cook the broccoli and cauliflower for about 5 to 10 minutes, then let it cool and chop into small pieces.
Grate the carrot and chop the rest of the vegetables into cubes.
In a bowl, add all the ingredients and mix until combined, then add lemon juice and salt to taste.
Serve.
