Vegetable Tower with Portobello Mushrooms

  • 6 portobello mushrooms
  • 300 grams panela cheese
  • 3 red beefsteak tomatoes
  • olive oil
  • balsamic vinegars

  • Bring the mushrooms to boil until they are cooked.
  • Cut the tomato and panela cheese into slices a little thick.
  • Add oil to a pan and roast the mushrooms, cheese and tomato.
  • Assemble the towers with tomato, panela cheese and mushrooms.
  • Add salt and pepper.
  • Put 2 tablespoons of olive oil and a little bit of balsamic vinegar.
