Clean the mushrooms and cut off the stems. Chop them and set aside.
Chop the onions and bell pepper. Together with the chopped mushroom stems, place them in a skillet over medium heat with a little oil. Stir until they start to change color.
In a baking dish, put a little oil at the bottom. Add the mushrooms and top with the sautéed vegetables. Season with salt and pepper. Finally, sprinkle with breadcrumbs and bake in the oven for about 10 minutes at 180 degrees C. or until golden brown.
Serve hot.
