Ingredients

  • 8 white mushrooms, big
  • 2 onions
  • 1 red pepper
  • bread crumbs, to taste

Preparation

Clean the mushrooms and cut off the tail. Cut it and save it.
Chop the onions and the pepper. Along with the mushroom tails put it in a pan over medium heat with a little oil. Give it a few laps until it starts to change color.
