Warm Couscous Salad with Fruits

  • 1 cup dried fruit, mixed, chopped into pieces
  • 2 cups couscous
  • 3 cups water
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt, and pepper to taste
  • 1 teaspoon granulated chicken bouillon

  • In a small pot, bring the water to a boil along with the cup of chopped fruits.
  • In a deep bowl, place the cups of couscous along with the olive oil, salt, pepper, and chicken bouillon powder.
  • When the water with the fruits has boiled, add it to the bowl with the couscous and gently mix everything with a fork, cover, and let it rest for 15 minutes.
  • After the resting time, gently fluff the couscous with a fork and serve hot.
