Watercress Salad with Vinaigrette

1 tablespoon ginger, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
2 tablespoons onion, finely chopped
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon lime juice
2 tablespoons honey
table salt
black pepper powder
2 cups watercress, clean
1 cup endive lettuce, clean
1/2 cups plum, in wedges
1/2 cups almonds, sliced

Mix all the vinaigrette ingredients (ginger, garlic, onion, olive oil, lemon juice, honey, salt, and pepper to taste) perfectly and set aside.
In a bowl or salad bowl, serve watercress on one side, escarole lettuce on the other, the plum on top, and the almonds.
Just before serving the salad, drizzle with the honey vinaigrette.
If desired, serve separately.
