Ingredients

4 portions
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped

  • 2 tablespoons bee honey

  • 2 cups watercress, clean
  • 1 cup endive lettuce, clean

Preparation

Mix perfectly all the ingredients of the vinaigrette (ginger, garlic, onion, olive oil, lemon juice, thousand of bee, salt and pepper to taste) and reserve.
