1 tablespoon shallot, chopped
1/4 cups orange juice
3 tablespoons white vinegar
3 tablespoons lime juice
1 jicama, big
6 slices watermelon, without seeds

For the vinaigrette: mix all the ingredients in a bowl (except jicama and watermelon) and reserve.
Remove the shell from the watermelon and cut it into triangles or cubes.
Peel the jicara and cut it into canes or cubes.
