2 red apples
2 green apples
1 onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
1 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 tablespoons red chili flake
2 tablespoons fresh ginger, chopped
2 cloves
2 tablespoons lime juice

Peel and cut the apples into cubes.
In a large pot, mix all the ingredients including the apple.
Place over medium heat and cook for approximately 1 hour or until the apple is tender and the juices are thick. Remove from heat.
