2 tablespoons olive oil
1 onion, medium bite
1 carrot, minced
1 sprig celery
650 grams ground veal
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoons pepper
1/4 teaspoons oregano
1 cup dry white wine
750 grams tomato

Heat butter and oil over low heat. Add onion, carrot and celery and cook for 10 minutes. Add the meat and cook 15 more minutes.
Season with salt and pepper. Increase the heat and put the wine and oregano. Cook until the wine evaporates alcohol.
Add the tomatoes to move and cook covered for 15 minutes, then crush the tomatoes with a fork.
Cover and cook over low heat for 2 hours, stirring occasionally so it does not stick. After that time the sauce will be thick.
Serve the sauce on a rich spaghetti.
