Butter with Mustard and Tarragon

  • 1 cup butter, at room temperature
  • 1/4 cups Dijon mustard
  • 1/4 cups fresh tarragon, finely chopped

  • Beat all ingredients with a hand-held electric mixer at medium speed until well blended. Store the mixture in an airtight container.
  • Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until firm.
