1 cup butter, at room temperature
1/4 cups Dijon mustard
1/4 cups fresh tarragon, finely chopped

Beat all ingredients with a hand-held electric
mixer
at medium speed until well blended. Store the mixture in an airtight container.
Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or until firm.
Use the butter in the dish that you like.
