Chili de Árbol Macha Sauce

  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 2 cups árbol chile, clean, seedless
  • 1 tablespoon raw sugar
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons sea ​​salt
  • 1 jar McCormick® mayonnaise, Rayados del Monterrey, empty and clean, 390 g capacity

  • Heat corn oil in a small pot over medium-low heat and cook the garlic for 10 minutes, add the chiles and cook for 5 more minutes; let cool, strain the garlic and chili, and reserve the oil.
  • Grind the garlic and chiles in a molcajete with the brown sugar and sea salt until a paste forms.
  • Pour the chili paste into the McCormick® Mayonnaise jar, Rayados del Monterrey edition, and fill it with the oil you reserved, close tightly, and shake.
