Heat corn oil in a small pot over medium-low heat and cook the garlic for 10 minutes, add the chiles and cook for 5 more minutes; let cool, strain the garlic and chili, and reserve the oil.
Grind the garlic and chiles in a molcajete with the brown sugar and sea salt until a paste forms.
Pour the chili paste into the McCormick® Mayonnaise jar, Rayados del Monterrey edition, and fill it with the oil you reserved, close tightly, and shake.
