Chimichurri Sauce

  • 1 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoons salt
  • 3/4 cups olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoons peperoncino, red chili
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice
