Chimichurri sauce is an herbal sauce used to accompany red meats in Argentina. Use this recipe for your next barbecue and everyone will be delighted.

Ingredients

10 servings
  • 1 1/2 cups of fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 Cup of fresh coriander chopped
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1/2 tablespoon of Salt
  • 3/4 of Cup of olive oil
  • 2 spoonfuls of red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 tablespoon of pepperoncino Italian crushed red pepper or red chili
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice

    Preparation

    In a deep bowl, mix all the ingredients.
    Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the herbs to infuse the oil.

    TIPS

    This recipe yields 1 cup of chimichurri sauce.
