Cilantro Vinaigrette

This dressing is ideal to accompany it with fresh salads.

  • 4 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 pickled Jalapeño chiles, without heart and without seeds
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 cups fresh cilantro
  • 1/2 cups olive oil
  • salt
  • pepper
