Cooked Green Sauce

Try this other variant of green sauce where cooking changes its texture, flavor, and body, making it an equally delicious option to accompany any Mexican dish.

  • 10 tomatillos
  • 1/4 white onions
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 4 serrano chiles
  • 3 1/4 cups water
  • 1 tablespoon Knorr® granulated chicken bouillon

  • Place the tomatoes, onion, garlic, chiles, and water in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Cook for 15 minutes or until the tomatoes are soft and change color.
  • Remove the ingredients from the saucepan (without water) and blend for 3 minutes along with the tablespoon of Knorr® Suiza Chicken Broth until there are no large lumps.
  • Serve.
