250 grams Manchego cheese
chicken bullion
40 green grapes, peeled and seedless
1 can table cream
2 cups chicken broth
3 tablespoons cornstarch
pepper, freshly ground
1 tablespoon butter

In a skillet, melt the butter and add the cornstarch, mixing continuously until it forms a paste.
Blend all the ingredients and reserve 10 grapes for decoration.
Add the mixture to the skillet and stir constantly with a whisk until it thickens, season with salt and pepper to taste.
