Cream Cheese and Grapes

Ideal for dressing chicken or any pasta, it can be served hot as an appetizer.

  • 250 grams Manchego cheese
  • chicken bullion
  • 40 green grapes, peeled and seedless
  • 1 can table cream
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 3 tablespoons cornstarch
  • pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 tablespoon butter

  • In a skillet, melt the butter and add the cornstarch, mixing continuously until it forms a paste.
  • Blend all the ingredients and reserve 10 grapes for decoration.
  • Add the mixture to the skillet and stir constantly with a whisk until it thickens, season with salt and pepper to taste.
