2 tomatoes, guajes
1 clove garlic
1/4 onions
1 pinch ground cumin
1 pinch oregano

Boil the chiles without stems or seeds for five minutes.
Roast the tomatoes, onion, and garlic on the griddle.
Grind the roasted ingredients, chiles, cumin, oregano, and salt to taste.
Serve hot or at room temperature.
