Ingredients

4 portions
  • 8 cascabel chili peppers
  • 2 tomatoes, guajes
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/4 onions
  • 1 pinch ground cumin
  • 1 pinch oregano
  • to taste salt

Preparation

Boil the chiles without tails or seeds for five minutes.
Roast the tomatoes, onion and garlic in the comal.
Grind roasted ingredients, chili peppers, cumin, oregano and salt to taste.
Serves hot or on time.
