1/2 cups Kellogg’S® granola ancestral grains; amaranth, flaxseed and blueberry
1 avocado
1/4 cups fresh cilantro, washed and disinfected
4 tablespoons water
2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
2 tablespoons lime juice
1 tablespoon olive oil
1/2 teaspoons salt
1/2 teaspoons garlic, grated

Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit with a knife. Scoop out the flesh and place it in a blender jar, add Kellogg’s® Ancient Grains Granola; Amaranth, flaxseed, and blueberry, cilantro, water, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and grated garlic.
Blend until everything is well incorporated.
Add the olive oil in a thin stream while blending. Serve the dressing with your favorite salad.
