Avocado Dressing with Granola

  • 1/2 cups Kellogg’S® granola ancestral grains; amaranth, flaxseed and blueberry
  • 1 avocado
  • 1/4 cups fresh cilantro, washed and disinfected
  • 4 tablespoons water
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons garlic, grated

  • Cut the avocado in half and remove the pit with a knife. Scoop out the flesh and place it in a blender jar, add Kellogg’s® Ancient Grains Granola; Amaranth, flaxseed, and blueberry, cilantro, water, vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and grated garlic.
  • Blend until everything is well incorporated.
  • Add the olive oil in a thin stream while blending. Serve the dressing with your favorite salad.
