Curry, Mustard, and Granola Dressing

Enhance your salads with this delicious curry, mustard, and granola dressing.   • 1/4 cups Kellogg’S® granola ancestral grains; amaranth, flaxseed and blueberry
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 2/3 cups soy milk
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoons turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoons ginger for sushi, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 tablespoons curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons ground mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoons salt
  • 1 pinch pepper

  • Place the Kellogg's® Ancient Grains Granola; Amaranth, flaxseed, and blueberry in the food processor until a fine consistency is achieved.
  • Add the Kellogg's® Ancient Grains Granola; Amaranth, flaxseed, and blueberry to the blender along with the chia, ginger, and soy milk.
  • Add the apple cider vinegar, honey, turmeric, curry, and mustard powder. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Serve in a dressing bowl and accompany with your favorite salad.
