Complement your salads with this delicious dressing of curry, mustard and granola. It has an exotic oriental flavor that is perfect for a sweet and sour salad or even serves as a marinade for a grilled chicken breast. It has a thick consistency and a rich flavor thanks to the Granola Kellogg's® Ancestral Grains; Amaranth, flaxseed and cranberry.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 of Cup of Granola Kellogg's® Ancestral Grains; Amaranth, flaxseed and cranberry
  • 1 tablespoon of chia
  • 2/3 of Cup of soy milk
  • 1 tablespoon of Apple vinager
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of ginger for sushi chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1/2 tablespoon of curry powder
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of mustard powder
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1 pinch of Pepper

    Preparation

    Place the Kellogg's® Granola® Ancestral Grains; Amaranth, flaxseed and cranberry in the processor to obtain a fine consistency.
    Add Kellogg's Granola® Ancestral Grains; Amaranth, flaxseed and cranberry in blender with chia, ginger and soy milk.
    Add the apple cider vinegar, honey, turmeric, curry and mustard powder. Season with salt and pepper.
    Serve in a dressing bowl and accompany your favorite salad.

    PRESENTATION

    Accompany with your favorite salad. You can also use it as a marinade for chicken strips.
