Homemade Mayonnaise in 5 Minutes

Prepare this quick homemade mayonnaise, blend with your Braun® MultiQuick 7, and in just 5 minutes you will have mayonnaise based on egg yolks and vegetable oil with a touch of lemon juice and mustard, don't hold back and give it a try, it will be just like the store-bought kind.   • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch pepper
  • 2 tablespoons pitted olives
  • 1 liter vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons white vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon lime juice

  • In a bowl, separate the egg yolks, add salt and pepper to taste. Using the whisk attachment of your Braun® MultiQuick 7, beat the yolks until they double in volume and become pale.
  • Add the mustard and continue beating, gradually adding the vegetable oil in a steady stream, until mayonnaise forms, alternating with white vinegar and lemon juice.
  • Serve the mayonnaise in a glass jar and use it for whatever you like most.
