Orange Vinaigrette with Anise

  • 2 teaspoons Knorr® beef bouillon
  • 11/2 cups orange juice, strained
  • 5 teaspoons white vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoons ground mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoons nutmeg powder
  • 1 anise
  • 2 tablespoons parsley, finely chopped

  • Place the orange juice, vinegar, oil, mustard, nutmeg, and the 2 teaspoons of Knorr® Beef Flavor Bouillon in a bowl. Mix and combine everything well.
  • Add the star anise and parsley. Refrigerate for at least 15 minutes.
  • Remove the star anise piece, mix well, and use in your favorite fresh salad.
