Oriental Sauce

The Oriental Sauce is delicious; I use it to accompany meats or vegetables. The sauce completely changes the flavor of the dishes, giving them a very tasty and rich oriental flavor.

  • soy sauce, necessary amount
  • vegetable oil
  • 1 chives
  • 1 garlic
  • 1 lime

  • In a small bowl, fill 3/4 of the bowl with soy sauce.
  • Chop green onions into slices and garlic into small cubes and add to the soy sauce.
  • Squeeze the lemon and add to the soy sauce. (If it becomes too acidic, just add more soy sauce).
  • And finally, add a little oil.
